Mapping Teseus

TESEUS is the concrete answer to specific needs of IVET in establishing and providing concrete and effective business and entrepreneurship support services to their students through efficient start-up promotion and firm creation. TESEUS stems from the critical need to devise and implement effective start-up facilitation at IVET level.

TESEUS Mapping is highly innovative as it involves directly the target groups (IVET mentors/coaches and students) to ensure that training developed is relevant, timely and concretely linked to their specific needs. The innovation is in the “demand driven” approach to involve target groups in all stages (needs analysis, tools definition/identification, training content development, training delivery). Another innovation is the cross-border approach of TESEUS Mapping that will involve target groups from different economic systems: this allows to discern whether there are “country/economy specific” issues for firm creation, or if there are common traits irrespective of the surrounding economic system.
